Songs

The Monsters, the Compañeros and Criatura reckon that listening to our favourite music and songs help so much to tune into a certain feeling, a rhythm, a melody, a release, to cheer us up, calm us down, make us move, dance, sing.

There are times when lyrics can stand out so much for us, let us know that someone felt the same way as us, give us advice, help us connect to a memory or a feeling.

These lists of songs are some ideas. They happen to be ones that have helped me, but definitely make your own personal ones. There all sorts of different sentiments and meanings in these songs, and some explicit lyrics, which you may or may not prefer. It is probably useful to keep this in your awareness depending on how and where you’re using the song, and remember Radio Edits have them taken out.

When you want it, may you always have music in your life.
